Savoring an evening of East meets West cuisine, inside the fine dining Coriander Leaf
after the asian platter featuring sampling of smoked duck, pommel & vermicelli salad, king scallop tempura and sweet & sour eggplant raraouille.
it was followed by the restaurant signature dishes……. the elegant Coriander-misco cod and the flavourful grain-fed angus ribeye steak in yakiniku sauce.
and the finale to a rich vairhona chocolate fudge cake served with classic vanilla bean ice cream
